Datafocus was established by Roland Andersson in 2002 in Bollnäs, Sweden. The company develops and maintains programs such as work orders, planning, time registration, reporting etc. The customers are mainly companies in Sweden, in the wood industry, engineering industry, maintenance and service industry. Datafocus develop effective solutions for the customer with data in focus, often solutions with integration to existing business systems, ERP systems. I have worked as an application consultant and system developer for many years with developing in Windows in Microsoft Visual Studio, VB.net and C#. I have vast experience of Microsoft SQL Server and have worked a lot with T-SQL (stored procedures, views, functions), database design, customization and optimization of large databases, comparison and synchronization of database models, BI (business intelligence) with integration, analysis and reporting, DTS (data transformation services) and many different types of ODBC data sources. I am used to work in projects, SCRUM team, DevOps. As an application consultant, I have visited clients both in Sweden and in other countries and made installations, educations and adaptations. I have educated students in schools and held many business courses in various IT systems, programming and databases. Some of my interests are technology, travel, music, workout and sports in general.
